Join Us for an afternoon of Free Yoga & Pilates Classes and Special Workshops on Friday August 2nd!

We are thrilled to announce a special event to celebrate a decade of wellness and community at Repower Pilates and Yoga Studio in Bray, Wicklow! Join us on August 2nd from 2 PM to 8 PM for a day filled with free workshops, classes, and opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals.


Event Highlights:

  • Expert-Led Workshops and Classes: Experience a variety of free sessions led by our experienced instructors. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, there’s something for everyone.

Schedule:

  • 2:00 PM: ‘Align Your Body & Mind' Workshop - Combine Movement, Mindfulness and Holistic Health Coaching with Rachael Davis.

  • 3:30 PM: Póga Class - Póga is a gentle movement class focused on slowing down and stress relief. Bernie McLaughlin will be bringing in the best aspects of both Pilates & Yoga in combination for this Póg (kiss) for your Body & Mind.

(45 mins - Mat Room).

  • 3:30PM: 'Stretch Your Body & Mind' Class - Join Rachael Davis on the Reformer for this special class to combine movement on the Reformer machine with coaching to bring in aspects of mindset and meditation for a complete class for the Body & Mind.

(45 mins -Reformer Room)

  • 4:30 PM: Mat Pilates Class - Try out one of our renowned mat classes with Bernie McLaughlin. Breathe, drop your shoulders, strengthen your abdominals, spine and back muscles. Create flexibility in hips and shoulders and feel in control of your body.

  • 4:30PM: Breath & Meditation Class - Join Aaron Quinn to get to know yourself at a deeper level using simple Breath & Meditation techniques that you can apply in your daily life to improve concentration, focus and connection to self and other

  • 5:30 PM: Reformer Pilates Class- Try out one of our renowned Reformer classes with Cliona Kissane. A Pilates class for resistance and loaded exercises for better bone health. Increase your stamina, tone and become more supple.

(45 mins - Reformer Room).

  • 5:30 PM: Dance Flow Class- Try something different to tone your body while having fun through dance with this unique dance flow with Aryi Esteves.

(Mat Room - 45 mins).

  • 6:30 PM: Cardio Jump-Board Pilates Class - Improve your cardiovascular health and muscle tone while having a whole lot of fun moving on our Reformer machines with some high-energy music with Aryi Esteves.

(45 mins - Reformer Room).

  • 6:45 PM: 'Mindful Movement Journey' Workshop - Aaron Quinn will bring in elements of Yoga, Breathing & Meditation with the aim of being a complete class to bring your Body & Mind into Gentle Harmony to end the day.

To ensure a smooth experience, please note that space is limited. We recommend booking your spot as early as you can to avoid disappointment. We only have space for 8 people in each class, and will allow 8 more on the waitlist for each.
