At Repower we teach Pilates through targeting muscle imbalances that can cause pain. Pilates is the prerequisite to doing all other things more comfortably, therefore our focus is on improving posture and preventing pain by correcting imbalances and alignment, as well as improving agility and strength to achieve an ease of movement that you may not have experienced before. We help you to understand how the form we teach applies to how you carry your body throughout the day. Small changes in improving daily functions can have a huge impact on the quality of your life, as well as increasing your longevity.
