I was suffering badly with shin splints and knew the risks of continuing training so I had to f ind the right person to help me resolve my problems. From first contact, Rachael completely understood my injury, frustrations and my determination to deal with it. From day 1 at the studio I realised straight away how much I had neglected my previous Pilates regime. Although I knew I was a million miles off where I needed to be, in terms of movement, flexibility, power, stability and all which would eventually

have an impact on my fitness, I walked out the door after that first session confident I was already well on my way to recovery.


Rachael focused on what I needed to work on and took the attention off what I was restricted f rom doing. From the conversations throughout my sessions at Repower I started to think a lot smarter about my training.


The process, for me, will never end. It will change and evolve and will become more specif ic to whatever area of my body needs it most.
