Movement and Function

The steps to manage pain, injury prevention, improve posture, and work on strength, mobility and flexibility for functional movement are next through private Pilates, coaching with Rachael or group Pilates or yoga.  You may need a clinical Pilates class or to relax with yoga. We offer a Reformer Pilates studio in Bray where you can book a pilates class and come train with our community! From coaching with Rachael to Pilates classes in Bray, to Yoga classes or Yogalates in Bray, we are with you every step of the way.
